Delivery and Returns

DELIVERY

We aim to get orders out within 5 working days. We do not ship at weekends. Delivery will be by traceable means where possible. We do not ship to PO boxes.

The delivery charge is a flat fee of £4.95 for most items, although very light items such as cards will be charged at a lower rate. The correct delivery fee will be applied at checkout. Please note that these costs only apply to mainland UK (there may be a surcharge for Highlands and Islands).

As part of our efforts to become more sustainable, we re-use packaging from our own deliveries to pack your order securely.

We make every effort to ensure all products are in stock but in the event that we do not have your chosen product we will refund the item and notify you.

Click And Collect
You also have the option of collecting your order from our Brixton store during opening hours. You will be notified by email when your order is ready for collection.

Redirecting Deliveries
To combat fraud, we will only deliver to the shipping address on the order.

International Orders

We do not ship internationally at present.

RETURNS
We hope you are happy with your purchase from Diverse but if not, we can offer a refund on any item as long as it is returned

  • within 14 calendar days of the delivery date
  • securely packaged
  • by traceable means
  • in perfect condition
  • with your name and order number enclosed (see your confirmation email).

Please note that we do not reimburse postage costs for returned items (this does not affect your statutory rights).

We do not accept responsibility for returns that are lost or damaged in transit. We advise that you obtain proof of posting in case you need to make a claim from your delivery company.

LOST OR STOLEN ORDERS
When placing your order, please ensure that your delivery address is correct. We do not accept responsibility for orders that are wrongly delivered as a result of being incorrectly addressed.

Please ensure that your delivery address is safe and secure and there is someone you trust to receive your order at the destination. We do not accept responsibility for orders that have been stolen when delivered in good faith by our courier.
